
What Is StrongHER?
StrongHER is Warrington's ONLY dedicated Women's Personal Training facility boasting a huge 25 session timetable. Each session is exclusively female only and we love to see Ladies get Strong and feel comfortable training in this environment. StrongHER isn't your typical bootcamp HIIT class where you do random exercises and can get lost in the mix. Instead each member has their own workout programme which is created based on their goals, ability and how many times they train per week. Meaning it's perfect whether you are completely new to the gym or looking to improve your training without the need for those busy commercial gyms. Our Personal Trainers work the gym floor explaining each of your exercises, demonstrating, setting up the machines for you and checking your technique.
