This is a structured weight training class delivered by a Trainer, each lady recieves their own personal programme.

Your Personal Trainers
Fully qualified, insured and committed to helping you rebuild. We programme each ladies individual workouts and guide you through each session. We meet you at your ability and progress you appropriately. In our sessions you'll never be left guessing or wondering if your technique is correct - were always there to help.
